ZOS series bread production line is widely used to produce kinds of European bread ,soft bread , steamed bun ,fired pastry pancake etc , the line is typical combined structure and normally consists of different function parts as the dough rolling machine, dividing platform , filling machine, bread make-up platform , cutter ,panning machine etc . By changing certain parts , the line is available to produce different shape ,texture , different weight , filled & unfilled bread .

The shape can be round or rectangular, its diameter or width could be adjustable by changing molds.

The products could be made in double or triple rows, that means two or three products could be formed at the same time.
