ZPT 900 pita production line is widely used to produce pita and other flatbread , for some flatbread like pita and pizza base , there will be need proffing , both spiral proffer and tunnel proffer are available according to need .
2. Key features of pita production line
1 ) 850mm belt width , and custom-tailor , from 600mm - 1200mm
2 ) Dough sheet thickness between 2.5 - 10 mm
3 ) The proofing time is between 30 - 60 min ,
4 ) The complete line can be placed in U ,I or Z shape .
