1.Pita bread equipment description
ZLINE bakery is capable to supply complete pita production line , the complete line will include dough mixer , pita machine , proffer , tunnel oven , cooling system and package machine .
2. Pita production line features
1 ) The pita weight and diameter are adjustable
2 ) 4 rows for 15 cm diameter pita bread .
3 ) The working width is 850mm and customized
4 ) Pita thickness is between 3- 10 mm , adjustable
5 ) Tunnel oven baking time is normally between 1- 3 min
6 ) Baking temperature is normally 350 ℃
7) The same line is also capable to producing other similar flatbread by doing some change .
